Deposit are required to speed the process of purchasing your imported vehicle, so you don't miss out on the best deals.  

We value each and every inquiry, but because of the nature of the brokering business it creates a lot of stress on our suppliers when clients who aren't in a serious position to purchase inquire about more details on a vehicle. By placing a deposit you are showing us that you are a serious customer and we will go out of our way to help you with your vehicle importing needs.

After completing your Deposit:

After completing your deposit, please reply back to you latest open ticket or create a new one letting us know which option you picked.

Auction Bid Deposit :   $1000 CAD

Some fantastic deals and rare vehicles can be found at the Japanese auctions. To place a bid on an auction vehicle we require a $1000 deposit be in place before 4pm PST the day of the auction. If a deposit isn't in place we cannot bid on a vehicle for you.

You will be able to bid on any auction vehicle with this deposit in place. It is transferable to other vehicles if you don't purchase the vehicle you bidding on. A note is made on your account and you will recieve priority service from our support team on all of your inquiries.

1) PayPal and Major Credit Cards

• No PayPal account required for credit card payment!
• Fastest, easiest way for both of us
• Instant Receipt and Notification of deposit made
• Refunds are quick and easy
• There is processing fee by Paypal of $29.55 for this transaction

2) Email Money Transfer

• Also fast and easy
• Can be done online, right now
• Refunds are quick and easy
• Your bank may charge you a fee of around $1.50
• Refund fee to you of $5.00

Directions:

1. Login to your online banking website
2. Click on "Email Money Transfer"
3. Follow the directions to send a Email Money Transfer of $1000 cad. to [email protected] with a clear an detailed Subject line/message

 

3) Bank Transfer

• This option is a last resort
• Takes several days
• Usualy cannot be done same day if you want to bid on a vehicle that evening
• Your bank charges a processing fee to you of around $50 CAD.
• Refund fee to you of $50 CAD.

1. Go to your bank during office house
2. Tell them you want to transfer $1000 to the following account

When your deposit is in place and you see a vehicle you wish to bid on:

1. Submit a *New* Ticket for each vehicle of interest.

2. Select the "Place an Auction Bid" department

3. Complete all the details and send it our way.

Please ensure your bids are in by 4pm PST as this is when the auctions start in Japan and we may not be able to arrange an inspection after that.

As the good deals and good cars sell very quickly, you can increase your chances of getting "first dibs" on a vehicle by frequenting our listings Monday through Thursday at around Noon PST.

Monday through Thursday are the hottest days at the Japanese Auctions and we do our best to post the best examples before noon so you have time to place your deposit and submit a "Place your Bid" ticket.

Japanese Dealership Vehicle Inspection:  $300 CDN Payment

We are able to offer a pre-purchase inspection on some of the vehicles we have access to. The cost is $300 CAD on top of the price of the car, and it is done prior to the purchase of the car so that you have a better idea as to what you would be getting.

You'll want to read up on exactly what's involved in a Vehicle Inspection before you make this payment.

Is the Auction Deposit refundable?

Deposits are 100% refundable minus any Paypal/Bank transfer fees incured. (Fee details are stated above) If you decide you're no longer interested in buying a vehicle through Terra2 and want your deposit it back just send us an email and we will refund it back to your account immediately. Please allow 1-5 business days for refunds to be finalized.

Is the Inspection Payment refundable?

Unlike the Auction House inspections, this type of inspection is very resource intensive and cannot be refunded after it's complete regardless of your decision to purchase or not purchase the vehicle. If you make payment for an inspection but it cannot be ordered on a particular vehicle it will be refunded or you can transfer it to another vehicle.

• You have a custom order request for a specific vehicle

You shouldn't place a deposit if,

• You are in the USA, as you are not able to register any Japanese Imports
• You are inquiring about an "In Canada" vehicle
